One of the classic achievements in yogasana is the backbend dropback. The dropback is an expression of a strong and open backbend, however it can be a difficult move that eludes many dedicated yoga students. Jonathan’s workshop will provide a progressive, practical approach that helps to improve flexibility/strength and to achieve this ability.
