Arianna Pinney

A native to the magnificent Big Sur coastline and recent transplant to South Park/San Diego, Arianna Pinney is a wellness coach and nationally certified massage therapist. With a bachelor’s degree in health science, certifications as both an integrative life and health coach, and extensive training in massage, bodywork and energy healing, her unique style reflects her diverse background and Big Sur roots.

Arianna’s professional training in the healing arts began ten years ago and covers a wide range of massage modalities including deep-tissue, sports massage, aromatherapy, pre-natal care, therapeutic treatments and energy healing techniques. In particular, she loves to work with the everyday athlete. Life is an event right? What better antidote than to receive massage! With a holistic approach, her signature massage combines long, fluid strokes, firm pressure, stretching and range of motion leaving clients feeling longer, leaner, and completely renewed.

In addition, Arianna also offers lifestyle and wellness coaching services. A combination of traditional theories and contemporary concepts her coaching methods focus on igniting more powerful relationships with all aspects of life. Through learning to listen to and honor ourselves we can make lifelong changes that ultimately lead to better health and excellent quality of life.
